Cancellation & Refunds

We understand plans change. Here's how our refund policy works:

• Cancelled before 2 hours: Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cancelled within 2 hours: 50% refund to wallet credits.
• No-show by technician: Full refund + ₹100 credit.
• Service not completed: Full refund within 5–7 business days.

Warranty Claims

If you experience issues with our service within the 30-day warranty period, we will re-do the service at no charge. If re-service is not possible, a full refund will be processed.
